Location! One block to the 151 bus. Very friendly staff. Exactly what I needed. Hotel window opened for fresh air though AC was excellent when necessary. The best bedding and pillows!

I want to particularly commend Hans at the front desk, he was very kind and when I asked if I could have a look at the crystal ballroom which I understand is well known, he helped me to do so as it was a quiet time, and he asked the engineer to turn on the lights. It is service like this which will make a big impact on customers, thank you v much Hans!

The location is perfect! So close to Navy Pier and the shopping areas. Hotel was really comfortable and clean and great having air-conditioning. Staff were very friendly. The bar had a nice selection of cocktails.
